Session 1: Recruitment & Marketing Hye Hoki’s greatest challenge is the ability to recruit youthful likeminded individuals with the passion to work for their community. Our best strategy to date is welcoming them via a ‘social’ event. What other strategies can we adopt to improve in these two areas?
Session 2: Motivating a community with a vision Over the years, Hye Hoki as a collective has created many interesting objectives. The Vision 2020 document was produced to try and catalyse the community to action. Due to a lack of resources, the vision never really took off. How can we engage the community to successfully participate to work for a common community goal?

I think everyone has their own goal, that it why it is so hard to engage an Armenian to steer towards a common goal.
Someone does it so their kids have Armenian friends. Someone does it so they find their life long partner. Someone does it so the Armenian name is always out in public and we are constantly recognised.
